When confusion, conflict, calamities, or chaotic situations come into my life, I cause alot of commotion myself...
complaining and murmering, "woe is me!"
But scripture teaches the opposite:
"Count it all joy when you fall into various trials..."
(oops! I can't count all of the times I haven't)
"... knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience." James 1:2-3 NKJV
P-A-T-I-E-N-C-E
"Knowing" this now, I am praying a new way;
not "Lord get me out of this mess!"
but, "O Lord, help me to make a true use of this trial that I must endure, to grow me toward you and unite my heart with yours." Amen!
Believe me, it's worth it all because of Him...
Leave the "trail of trial" and begin a journey on the "path of patience".
